Rice & River started as a pop-up in a borrowed kitchen on a Tuesday night. Twelve seats. No sign on the door. Word of mouth only.
The idea was simple: Japanese technique, local ingredients, and a room that felt like a secret. No white tablecloths. No performance. Just food that meant something.
Three years later, we have a home. The philosophy hasn't changed.
